For more than 18 years, we supplied and maintained commercial water filtration systems for offices, hospitality venues, and workplaces across the UK. That experience gave us a deep understanding of water quality and the practical needs of the people who rely on it every single day.

People’s homes became workplaces, and families began paying closer attention to the water they were drinking, including its taste, convenience, and health benefits. Many wanted instant hot and filtered water on demand, but premium taps were often too expensive and support for homeowners was very limited.

People needed a simple, affordable option that delivered premium functionality without the premium price tag, and most importantly, one that was backed by real, reliable customer care.

With our technicians, infrastructure, and supply chain already in place, we brought our commercial water expertise into residential kitchens and created Aquataps. Our aim from the beginning was simple: make instant hot and fresh filtered water accessible to more homes, supported by genuine guidance and reliable aftercare.

In 2026, after 4 years as Aquataps, we became Quel Tap. Short, elegant and quietly confident. A name that felt refined without being complicated. Modern, but not cold. Simple, but not ordinary.
