Description
The Quel Ultimo is a 6-in-1 instant boiling water tap with integrated sparkling water functionality, delivering filtered boiling water at up to 98°C, filtered ambient water, chilled filtered water, chilled filtered sparkling water, and standard hot and cold water from a single kitchen tap.
Combining an instant hot water tap, sparkling water tap, chilled water tap and filtered water tap in one integrated system, the Ultimo replaces the kettle, filter jug and separate sparkling water maker while helping to keep your worktop clear.
The compact under-sink unit combines an adjustable 2.4-litre boiler, with a temperature range of 60–98°C, a 2.2-litre chiller and nano-phosphate filtration that helps reduce chlorine, lead, bacteria and other impurities while limiting limescale build-up.
The solid-brass L-shape tap features a precision knurled control dial with colour-coded LED indicators, adjustable carbonation through a CO₂ regulator, a 180° swivel cool-touch spout and a spring-loaded child-safety lock for boiling water. A compatible CO₂ cylinder is required and sold separately.

How To Use
White LED: Stand-By
Indicates that the mixer is on and ready for your selection.
Green LED: Filtered Ambient
Turn the knob until the colour changes to green: the mixer is ready to dispense filtered water at room temperature. Press the knob once to start the water flow.
Blue LED: Filtered & Chilled Water
Turn the knob until the colour changes to blue: the mixer is ready to dispense filtered chilled water. Press the knob once to start the water flow.
Light Blue LED: Filtered Chilled & Sparkling Water
The light blue light indicates that the mixer is ready to dispense filtered chilled sparkling water: the amount of carbon dioxide present in the water can be customised using CO2 Regulator.
Red LED: Filtered Boiling 100°C Water
The red light indicates that the mixer is in filtered boiling water mode. To dispense water, press and hold the knob for 3 seconds.

2.4-Litre Boiler Unit – Energy Efficient
- Heats water up to 98°C quickly, with temperature adjustment available from 60°C to 98°C in ±0.5°C increments.
- Supplies instant boiling water for approximately 8-10 cups, with a reheat time of approximately 15 minutes.
Chiller and Sparkling Water System
- 2.2-litre chilled water reservoir maintains filtered water at a consistent 4°C to 10°C, with a cooling output of 11.5 litres per hour.
- Sparkling water is produced by connecting an external CO2 cylinder to the chiller unit; the level of carbonation can be customised using a CO2 regulator.
Digital LED Control System
- Precision knurled control dial with colour-coded LED indicators for simple, intuitive operation:
- White LED: Standby – tap is on and ready for selection.
- Green LED: Filtered ambient water – press once to dispense.
- Blue LED: Filtered chilled water – press once to dispense.
- Light Blue LED: Filtered chilled sparkling water – press once to dispense.
- Red LED: Filtered boiling water – press and hold for 3 seconds to activate.
Single Filtering System
- Nano-phosphate filter prevents limescale build-up inside the tank and removes bacteria, chlorine and other contaminants.
- Removes 99.5% chlorine, up to 99.2% lead, up to 97.8% arsenic, 99.5% iron and 98.7% manganese.
- Filter housing installs compactly under the sink and is quick and simple to replace.
Design and Installation
- Refined architectural design with a linear flat spout, cylindrical body and precision knurled dial – a clean minimalist look suited to contemporary kitchens.
- C-shape neck with 180° swivel spout and integrated aerator for smooth, flexible water flow.
- Requires a single 35mm tap hole; minimum 80mm clearance from tap hole centre to wall.
- Minimum water pressure: 1.5 bar. Maximum: 5.0 bar.
- Powered by a standard UK 13A detachable cable.
Safety Features
- Boiling Water Activation: Red LED mode requires a deliberate press-and-hold of 3 seconds before boiling water is dispensed, preventing accidental activation.
- Cool-Touch Spout: Insulated spout remains safe to touch during use.
- Spring-Loaded Safety Handle: Left lever for boiling water features a child safety lock as an additional safeguard.
