The Quel Digital Fizz is a 5-in-1 sparkling water tap and instant boiling water tap, delivering filtered boiling water at up to 98°C, filtered chilled water, chilled sparkling water, and standard hot and cold water from one C-shape kitchen tap.
Combining an instant hot water tap, chilled water tap and filtered water tap with digital sparkling-water functionality, the Digital Fizz replaces the kettle, filter jug and separate sparkling water maker while helping to keep the worktop clear. Colour-coded touch controls operate the filtered boiling, chilled and sparkling-water functions.
The compact under-sink system combines a 2.4-litre boiler, delivering approximately 13 litres or up to 54 cups per hour, with a chiller and carbonator offering a 2.7-litre instant chilled-water draw-off and up to 15 litres of sparkling water per hour. A single nano-phosphate filter helps reduce impurities and protect the boiler against limescale. A compatible CO₂ cylinder and regulator are sold separately.

How To Use
White LED: Lock
To activate the Digital Touch Pad, touch the lock button until the other functions illuminate (about 3 seconds)
Red LED: Filtered Boiling Water
Boiling Water Function – dispensing starts while you Touch and Hold Boiling Water Function (Red button).
Blue LED: Filtered Chilled Water
The mixer is ready to dispense filtered chilled water. Touch the Blue button for continuous dispensing. Touch it a second time to switch it off.
Green LED: Filtered Sparkling Chilled Water
The green light indicates that the mixer is ready to dispense filtered chilled sparkling water: Touch the Green button for continuous dispensing. Touch it a second time to switch it off.

Five Water Options From One Tap
The Quel Digital Fizz provides five water functions from one kitchen tap:
- Filtered boiling water at up to 98°C for hot drinks, cooking and food preparation

The integrated system helps replace the kettle, filter jug and separate countertop sparkling water maker.
Colour-Coded Digital Touch Controls
The integrated digital touchpad provides simple control of the filtered-water functions using clear colour-coded LED indicators:
- White LED: press and hold for approximately three seconds to unlock the filtered-water controls
- Red LED: press and hold to dispense filtered boiling water
- Blue LED: tap to start or stop the filtered chilled-water flow
- Green LED: tap to start or stop the filtered sparkling-water flow
Standard hot and cold water are controlled independently using the conventional mixer handle.
Adjustable 2.4-Litre Boiler
The compact under-sink boiler provides approximately 13 litres of boiling water per hour, equivalent to up to 54 cups.

Chilled and Sparkling Water System
The compact chiller and carbonator provide chilled filtered water and freshly carbonated sparkling water directly from the tap.
- Instant chilled-water draw-off: approximately 2.7 litres
- Sparkling-water output: up to 15 litres per hour
- Chiller dimensions: 316 mm high × 188 mm wide × 440 mm deep
- Carbonation source: compatible external CO₂ cylinder
A compatible CO₂ cylinder and regulator are required and sold separately.
Integrated Water Filtration
The single nano-phosphate filter helps reduce chlorine and other unwanted impurities while protecting the boiler against limescale build-up.
The same filtration system supplies the boiling, chilled and sparkling-water functions. The filter should normally be replaced every six months to maintain water quality, system performance and warranty cover.
Digital Boiling-Water Safety
The filtered-water functions must first be unlocked through the digital touchpad. Boiling water is dispensed only while the red control is deliberately pressed and held, and the flow stops when the control is released.
The insulated cool-touch spout helps reduce surface heat while filtered boiling water is being dispensed.

Installation Requirements
The boiler, chiller, filter and digital-control junction box are installed inside the kitchen cupboard.
- Tap hole: 35 mm
- Required clearance: minimum 80 mm from the centre of the tap hole to the wall
- Pressure regulation: supplied pressure-reducing valve must be set to 3 bar on the cold-water inlet
- Electrical supply: three accessible electrical sockets required – one each for the boiler, chiller and digital-control junction box
- Cupboard ventilation: suitable airflow is essential to prevent the chiller from overheating
- Installation components: flexible hoses, tubing and tap fixing kit included

Great tap and features. Only had this running a few days so long term can’t assess it. DIY install is straight forward using YouTube video. Plan to get wiring done in advance to make install quicker. Plan where units go in cupboards and filter/manifold so pipes reach.(Best in 1000mm unit two door type) This helps speed up installation. The other thing you should do is connect a lot of the pipes outside the cupboard as video shows guy with easy access to the back of unit in mock kitchen. Watch video first and you will see some connection to manifold/ water distribution unit can be done at same time and not in place in the cupboard. Also I added a vent in cupboard in suitable position prior to full installation. I went with one of the provided ones at back of kitchen unit as gap between wall and unit. The front has gap at kick board anyway but I may add extra vent to match other kitchen ones installed under freeze unit depending on how hot cupboard feels. So far it’s okay and no hotter than normal really. The digital lock is bit temperamental and doesn’t always disengage after 3 seconds. I have tried thumb and finger and same for me with both. My wife finds it easier but I have fat fingers so maybe that’s the issue? It’s safe which is main point however. The tap did drip occasionally after initial use but seems to do this occasionally now and is not an issue 90% of the time. I have seen if this is persistent you may need an additional valve to add from Aquataps. The nickel finish looks great as is the shape of the tap. It fits standard 35mm tap hole easily but it helps if you have spare pair of hands to help feeds everything neatly into the cupboard and tighten up the tap as it is very big and awkward to do on your own. Make sure you adjust the water heater unit up to 98 degrees to get best temp for tea and coffee. It’s set lower at 96 initially. I bought two CO2 canisters from Amazon after calling Aquataps to discuss best way to do it. The call was very helpful in my decision. (Also advised me about filter change to ensure guaranteed product).These cost £35 for two CO2 60 litre canisters suitable for sodastream( blue type). There are places in most towns you can exchange empty canister for refill at about £12-15 so not £35 for two all the time. Expensive item but considering half price of other manufacturers it’s good buy. Everything seems well made and high quality. I research everything I buy extensively before purchase and read customer reviews plus Trustpilot. So far very happy with my choice and service from team. My tap did not come next day as ordered between Christmas and New Year but quick call assured me it was on its way. I’d have given 5* but I haven’t had this long term and it is expensive. If you don’t think you’ll use the sparkling ( soda) water a lot get cheaper 4-1 tap. I will, so I opted for the more expensive unit. Hope this helps future buyers and the tap works well long term.
