You will need to replace your boiling water tap filters every six months, regardless of which filter system your tap uses. Sticking to this schedule will help to keep your water tasting its best and is required to maintain your tap’s warranty cover.

What's the difference between the two filter subscription plans?

Both plans deliver replacement filters automatically every 6 months, and both must be purchased alongside a tap (or within 2 weeks of your tap order). Check each product page for the specific delivery timing that applies, as this can vary by plan.

Do I need a Single or Dual Filter System replacement?

This depends on which Quel Tap model you own. Choosing the correct filter for your system is important to ensure proper filtration.

Is the Pro Filter suitable for hard water areas?

Yes, the Pro Filter is designed specifically for hard water areas and requires a larger filter housing than the standard replacement cartridge.

Why does choosing the correct filter subscription matter?
