Extended 5-Year Boiler Warranty for Quel Tap 4 litre Boiler
Customers have the option to extend the boiler warranty from 2 to 5 years, available only under the following conditions:

The Boiler Warranty Extension Plan must be purchased:

At the time of purchasing the tap, or
-
During warranty registration, which must occur within 30 days of delivery.

The tap must be registered within 30 days of delivery to be eligible.

Filters must be purchased directly from Quel Tap and replaced every 6 months.
Any delay in replacing filters will invalidate the warranty. -
If the tap is not installed immediately, you must notify us in writing, and we must confirm and agree in writing to the adjusted filter replacement schedule.

The system must be installed according to the official Quel Tap manual using only parts supplied by Quel Tap. Any additions or third-party modifications must be approved in writing.

Any faults or warranty claims must be reported in writing to Quel Tap within 14 days of first noticing the issue.

The Extended 5-Year Boiler Warranty is non-refundable under any circumstances.
